Police arrested Shivaraj Regmi, 25, of Narayan Municipality-4, on June 17, on charges of raping a 17-year-old girl.
The victim’s family filed a complaint at the District Police Office, accusing Regmi of raping the victim on June 16.
The victim underwent a medical examination on June 16 at Dailekh Hospital.
