Court has declared seven years’ imprisonment to Aadarsha Shahi, 22, of Aathbis Municipality- 5 Tilepata for raping a 24 years old woman. The declaration was made in the session of District Justice Dandapandi Lamichhane informed Binod Acharya, Court Information Officer.
The victim was raped on 8 May and a complaint was filed against him on 9 May at District Police Office Dailekh. The victim had a health checkup on 9 May at District Hospital of Dailekh.
