Police arrested a 34-year-old Toyahang Rai, resident of Danda Tol, Limchungbung Rural Municipality-4 on the charges of commission of offence of rape of a 16-year-old girl on July 26 2026.
The victim’s side filed a complaint at Area Police Office, Limchungbung on July 25 2026 stating the accused committed the offence of rape on July 23 2026.
As informed by the police, on the basis of the complaint the accused has been arrested for the purpose of investigation.
The victim’s medical examination is being conducted in District Hospital on July 27 2026.
