The participants in a program on “debate on district level human rights” organized by INSEC on April 10 said that civilians are deprived of basic human rights due to the constitution not being implemented.
The participants in the program organized by INSEC in Gaighat to make locals aware and making concerned bodies accountable complained that due to the lack of implementation of constitution civilians are deprived of health, education and food rights despite of provision in new constitution.
They complained that responsible parties are busy on fight for the power and civilians are facing problem. The participants complained that they have been deprived of basic health , food and education rights.
The questions raised by the participants were answered by vice secretary Rameshwor Phuyal of District Education Office, officer Lekh Bahadur Shrestha of District Public Health office. Officer Udaya Prasad Sharma of Agriculture Development office.
They have committed to forward their voices to the concerned authorities.
