Nepal promulgated its new constitution on Sept. 20, 2015 by an overwhelming majority of the Constituent Assembly (CA).1A constitution gets perfection out of practice, judicial review and definition. It applies to Nepal’s constitution as well. In addition, the constitution itself offers room for amendments. Such amendments will take into account aspirations of the people and the changing needs of time.
