Police arrested Barsha B K., 36, of Ghartigaun, Madi Rural Municipality-2, Rolpa and operator of Didi Bahini Hotel in Gidhawa Rural Municipality-5, Gidhahiya, on June 30 while she was taking a 16-year-old girl to India luring her with promises of employment.
The victim had filed a complaint against the accused at the Area Police Office, Lumbini on June 30. The victim underwent a health examination at Bhim Hospital, Bhairahawa on the same day. She is currently staying at a safe shelter home.
