Police have arrested 40 years old hotel operator Shov Bahadur Basnet of Gulmeli Hotel at Butwal Sub-metrpolis-5 on June 1 on charge of employing 20 years old woman in a prostitution luring her for a better job. He was arrested from the hotel.
The victim had lodged complaint at Area Police Office of Butwal against the accused on charge of forced prostitution luring her for cleaning job in a hotel.
Based on a complaint, the accused was arrested on a same day from the hotel according to DSP Dil Bahadur Malla of DPO.
She underwent health checkup at Lumbini provincial hospital in Butwal according to the police.
