A 16-year-old girl was raped by 21-year-old Subodh Gosai of Gadhimai Municipality-9, Inerva, when no one was at home on 23 November.
The victim’s brother filed a complaint against the accused at the local police office, Garuda, on 5 February, on the same day.
As per DSP Sunil Malla, a complaint has been registered. The health examination of the victim was done on 5 February at the Provincial Hospital Gaur. DSP Malla said that the accused is absconding and the investigation is ongoing.
