Aggrieved party a complaint at the district police office in Rupandehi January 16, 2023 against Sanjay Pasi, 26 of Marchwari rural municipality-4, on , in on the charge of raping a 14-year-old girl on Janaury 15.
Police arrested the accused on Febuary 3 from his house.
The mother of the victim girl told the INSEC representative that the accused raped her when she was in the grass field.
DSP Shyamu Aryal of the District Police Office said that the accused has been arrested and an investigation is underway. The health examination of the victim was conducted on January 15 at Bhim Hospital Bhairahawa.
