Khimannad Kafle, 50 , was accused of attacking Ishwar Bhandari, 40, a resident of Tilottma Municipality-6, an Amin at Gharbhai Tilottma Municipality. Bhandari filed a report against the accused at District Police Office on December 12, 2022.
The victim filed a complaint against the accused, saying the Kafle assaulted Bhandari on December 11 . The perpetrator was arguing against the decison of the Municiplaity that only allowed the contruction of his house in an area of 5 dhur when the map of the land showed six dhurs of land. His land ownership document had a record of five dhurs of land.
Bhandari said that the accused was having a heated discussion about his two-storied house constructed in 2017. When Bhandari took him to his office to talk, Kafle resulted on attacking him.
The victim said that he filed a complaint against the accused at District Police Office Rupandehi and District Administration Office Rupandehi on December 12 for assault and indecent behavior.
Narayan Aryal, the chief administrative officer of Tilottama municipality, said that it was reprehensible to abuse the employees inside the office and filed a complaint with the district administration office for legal action against the culprits.
