A 36-year-old victim has accused the police of not registering her charge of attempt to rape against the accused Ramnaresh Mandal, 33 of Gotaida Municipality-10, Sisautiya. As per the victim, District Police Office Malangwa refused to register the complaints.
The victim accused Ramnaresh of attempting to rape her at her own house on October 10, 2022.
Inspector Rakesh Yadav of the District Police Office Malanwa, has informed of registering the complaint after the completion of the initial investigation. The medical examination of the victim hasn’t been conducted yet.
