Police have arrested Shishir Budhathoki, 20, of Butwal Sub-Metropolitan-9 from Butwal on May 23, 2022 on the charge of raping a 19-year-old woman.
The victim had lodged a complaint at the Area Police Office, Butwal on May 23 alleging that the accused had raped her on May 21.
According to DSP Thaga Bahadur KC of Butwal Area Police Office, the accused was arrested based on the complaint lodged by the victim.
The victim underwent medical examination at Lumbini Provincial Hospital, Butwal on May 22.
