Santosh Kumar Yadav, 22, of Siraha Municiaplaity-22, has been arrested on 26 January in the charge of a 13-year-old girl.
As per victim;s mother, she filed a complaint against the accused in the district police office on 26 January. Health checkup of the victim was conducted at Province Hospital, Siraha on 26 January.
As per inspector of the district police office, Pradip Paudel, accused was arrested shortly after the incident and the case is under investigation.
