The coalition party has held an election meeting in a school in Dolpa which is against the election code of conduct. Nepali Congress, CPN Maoist, and CPN (Unified Socialist) were found holding election assembly in schools.
The candidates of the ruling coalition party visited the schools Kanjirova Basic School, Tripurasundari Municipality-10 Dapus, Vidyamandir Secondary School, Thulibheri Municipality-5 Majhphal, and Malika Secondary School of Narkuma, Mudkechula Rural Municipality-6.
Dhan Bahadur Budha, CPN (United Socialist Party), candidate for House of Representatives from the ruling coalition party, Bir Bahadur Shahi, CPN (Maoist), candidate for Karnali Provincial Assembly Constituency No. (A), Dipendra Bahadur Shahi, candidate for Provincial Assembly (A) of the Nepali Congress, held an election assembly in the school.
Karna Budha, the former chairperson of the school management committee of Bidhya Mandir Secondary School and the local leader of CPN Unified Socialist hosted the leaders in his school during their visit to the village.
According to him, the school is the only convenient place with ample space for public gatherings, and the village has always been holding its programs in the school. The general public has commented on the authorities being unaware of this issue despite the existing posts regarding this program on social media.
