The conflict victims have drawn serious attention on government forming recommendation committee for re formation of TRC and CIEDP.
The press released by the Conflict victim common platform on April 13 have stated and urged government for the involvement of conflict victims in overall transitional justice process.
The statement has also demanded the government to learn lesson from the failure of transitional justice from the past 12 years and four years of in capabilities of both the mechanisms. The statement has demanded the formation of mechanism along with the sentiment of conflict victims in line with justice principle. “ we demand for the proper reparation, justice and compensation to the victims and action against those perpetrators”, the statement urges.
