A Complaint was filed against 28-year-old Lila Karki of Barahathawa Municipality-6 at Area Police Office, Barathawa on 19 June accusing him of raping a 14 year minor.
The aggrieved party alleged that accused threatened the victim and raped her while she was alone at her home on 8 June.
Inspector Suman Baniya of the Area Police Office, Barathahawa informed that they are searching for the absconding accused.
The Health examination of the victim was done at Sarlahi District Hospital Malangwa on 19 June.
