A 53 years old, Padam Budha a resident of Chhedagad Municipality – 3 was arrested by Police on 16 July 2026. The arrest was made on the charges of raping a 21-years-old woman with disability.
Inspector Sudhir Kumar Khadka, Information Officer at District Police Office informed the arrest took place after a complaint was lodged on the same day. As per the complaint lodged the accused committed the offence of rape on 19 March 2026. The victim underwent medical examination at Jajarkot Hospital on 16 July 2026.
