Police arrested a 35-year-old father on April 22 on charges of raping his 17-year-old daughter.
The victim’s family filed a complaint at the District Police Office on April 22, accusing the father of raping the victim on August 22, 2025.
Upon receiving the complaint, the accused was arrested from Shivasatashi Municipality-5 for further investigation.
The victim underwent a medical examination on April 22 at Mechi Provincial Hospital.
