The victim’s party of a 14-year-old girl have demanded to take action against 30-year-old Shiva Shahi of Nepalgunj Sub-Metropolis-5 Ganeshpur. They accused him of raping a girl on August 21.
The victim’s party had lodged a complaint at District Police Office on August 22 demanding action against him.
According to police, the victim underwent a health check up at zonal hospital of Nepalgunj on August 22. The accused is at large after the incident and search for him is undergoing according to DSP Bhimkiran Bogati.
