Police have arrested 14 years old Hom Nath B.K on March 15 on charge of raping 15 years oldgirl.
He was arrested based on a complaint lodged by the victim’s family at DPO according to DSP Santosh Khadka of District Police Office.
Another accused Rajesh Rai, 20, involved in a same incident is at large according to the police.
