Complaint against 45 years old Kishun Mulkhiya has been lodged at District Police Office of Siraha on March 15 on charge of sexually abusing 13 years old girl.
According to the victim’s party, the accused had sexually abused the girl on March 6 before absconding. The victim underwent a health checkup at District Hospital of Siraha on March 15.
DSP Gajusiddhi Bajracharya of Area Police Office of Mirchaiya said that the accused is at large and search for him is going on.
