The District Court of Arghakhanchi has ordered to sentence 17 years old boy for 13 years along with a penalty of Rs 50,000 on charge of raping an eight years old girl.
A single bench of District Court judge Keshav Prasad Bastola has given a verdict regarding the case. The case against the accused was lodged six months ago by the victim’s family.
