Police arrested a 25-year-old man on 21 August for attempting to rape his 32-year-old sister-in-law. The victim filed a complaint at the Siraha District Police Office on August 21, stating that the accused attempted to rape her and physically abused her on the same day.
The health examination of the victim was done on 22 August at the Provincial Hospital Siraha.
