Police arrested Dilip Kumar Yadav, 26, of Arnama Rural Municipality–5 on 11 August 2025 for allegedly raping a 35-year-old woman. The victim filed a complaint at the District Police Office on 11 August, stating that the accused raped her on 10 August.
The woman underwent a medical examination at the Provincial Hospital, Siraha, on 11 August.
