The police arrested Babudhan Satar, 45, on August 11 for charges of killing his wife, Dubi Satar, 40, from Jharnaghutu, Kanepokhari Rural Municipality-1. It is reported that the victim got injured during a domestic dispute when the accused allegedly beat her on August 10. Dubi received treatment at Koshi Hospital on August 11. However, she died in the evening after being discharged. DSP Tulsiram Aryal of the Pathari Police Station stated that the accused has been taken into custody for investigation for charges of killing his wife.
The post-mortem of the body was done on August 12 at Madan Bhandari Trauma Center, Manglabare.
