Police arrested Surendra Kisan, 32, of Kusma Municipality-1, Pang, on June 8 for the charge of raping a 14-year-old girl. The aggrieved party had a complaint at the District Police Office, Parbat, stating that the accused had raped the minor on June 6. Inspector Ram Prasad Sapkota also Information Officer of District Police Office Parbat informed that the court has extended the remand for further investigation.
The health examination of the girl was done at the Provincial Hospital on June 7.
