Police arrested Mohan Kumar Magar, 44, of Kerabari Rural Municipality-9, Bhaluwa Chowk on May 5 for raping a 31-year-old woman. The aggrieved party had filed a complaint against the accused at the Belbari Police Station on May 5 alleging that he raped the woman on May 4.
The accused was arrested for investigation based on the same complaint. The health examination of the victim was done at Koshi Hospital on May 5.
