Police arrested A 42-year-old ice cream seller named Anwar from Padariya, Lumbini Cultural Municipality-5, Rupandehi on April 25 for the charge of sexually abusing an 8-year-old girl. The aggrieved party filed a complaint at the Area Police Office, Pipara, on April 25, alleging that the accused sexually abused the minor on April 23.
The victim underwent a medical examination at Kapilvastu Hospital, Taulihawa, on April 25.
