Police arrested Janak Adhikari,36, Kanchan Rural Municipality-3 Rudrapur on April 7 for raping a seven year old minor. The aggrieved party filed a complaint at the Area Police Office, Saljhandi on April 7 alleging that the accused raped the minor on April 6.
The health examination of the minor was done on April 7 at the Lumbini Provincial Hospital, Butwal.
