Police arrested Ran Bahadur BK, 62, of Naumule Ruralmunicipality-5 on April 9 for the charge of raping a 52-year-old woman with a disability. The aggrieved party filed a complaint at the District Police Office on April 8 alleging that the accused had raped the victim on April 3.
The health examination of the victim was done on April 8 at the Dailekh Hospital.
