Police arrested Nabaraj Kattel, 25 of Khandbari Municipality-8 on April 7 for raping a 16-year-old girl. The aggrieved party filed a complaint against the accused at the District Police Office on April 6 alleging that he raped the victim on the same day. The accused was arrested from Khandbari Municipality-based on the same complaint according to Inspector Ram Kumar Lamichhane of the District Police Office.
The health examination of the minor was done at the District Hospital on April 7.
