Police arrested Chetaman Rokaya,51, of Ramroshan Municipality-5 on April 8 for allegedly raping a 22-year-old visually impared woman. Inspector Jagat Parki of the District Police Office, Achham, stated that the accused was arrested and the investigation is ongoing based on the complaint filed by the aggrieved party on April 8. During the health examination it was found that the victim was 28 weeks pregnant.
