Police arrested Ram Krishna Bishwakarma, 20, of Sindhupalchowk Jugal Rural Municipality-1, Selung Kunyau on March 20 for raping a 15-year-old girl. The aggrieved party filed a complaint against the accused at the Area Police Office, Banepa on March 17 alleging that he raped the girl on March 11.
The health examination of the victim was done on March 17 at the Dhulikhel Hospital.
