Police arrested Chet Bahadur Chhetri, 24, of Malika Rural Municipality-8, Simaltari, currently working at Bhopal of India on 14 March for raping a 13-year-old minor. The aggrieved party filed a complaint at the District Police Office on 13 March alleging that the accused had raped the victim on 11 March.
The health examination of the victim was done on 13 March at the Bhim Hospital, Bhairahawa.
