A complaint was filed at the District Police Office on March 10 against 41-year-old Tulasa BK for accusing her daughter-in-law, Mandira BK, 20, from Khadachakra Municipality-1, of practicing witchcraft. The accused verbally abused the victim, and threatened to kill her. Inspector Kishor KC of the District Police Office said that the investigationis going on.
