Police arrested a 11-year-old boy of Sabhapokhari Rural Municipality-6 on February 22 for charge of raping a 41-year-old woman. The aggrieved party filed a complaint on February 22 alleging that he had raped the victim on on February 20. Inspector Ramkumar Lamichane of the District Police Office stated that the accused has been arrested for investigation as the incident is suspicious.
