Police arrested 30-year-old Harichandra Barai of Kapilvastu Municipality-7, Bardagahawa, on February 18 for the charge of raping a 15-year-old girl. The aggrieved party filed a complaint against the accused at the District Police Office on 18 February alleging that the accused had raped the victim on 16 February.
