A complaint was filed against 30-year-old Saroj Sunuwar of Damak Municipality-1on 30 December at the District Police Office accusing him of raping a 14-year-old minor on 25 December. The investigation regarding the incident is ongoing as per the police.
The health examination of the victim was done on 30 December at the District Hospital.
