A complaint was filed against Binod Mandal, 28, of Haripurwa Municipality-5 at District Police Office Malangwa on November 12, 2024 alleging that ge had raped a 14-year-old girl. It has been alleged that the accused threatened and raped the victim on 29 October 29. The district police office registered a complaint on 12 November.
DSP Dipak Shrestha of District Police Office Malangwa informed that since the accused is absconding after the incident, the search is going on.
The health examination of the victim was done on 12 November at the Sarlahi District Hospital.
