Police arrested 45-year-old Suryabahadur Chhetri of Butwal Sub-metropolitan City-4 on 15 October for the charge of raping a 17-year-old girl. The aggrieved party filed a complaint against ythe accused at the Area Polioce Office, Butwal on October 15 alleging that the accused raped the victim on October 7.
The health examination of the victim was done on 8 October at the Lumbini Provincial Hospital, Butwal.
