Police arrested 43-year-old Atma Bahadur Bhalami Magar of Malarani Rural Municipality-6, Sakindhara on 2 July for the charge of raping a 6-year-old girl.
A complaint was filed at the District Police Office on 2 July , alleging that the accused had raped the victim on 1 July. Inspector Dipendra Rawal of the District Police Office informed INSEC that the accused has been arrested and further investigation is going on.
The health examination of the victim was done on 2 July at Arghakhanchi Hospital, Sandhikharka.
