A complaint was filed against 45-year-old Aenullah Musalman of Lumbini Cultural Municipality-9, Ramabapur on 27 May , 2024 at the District Police Office, Lumbini under the charge of raping a 29-year-old woman.
The aggrieved party alleged that the accused raped the victim on 17 May. Inspector Kanchan Tamang of the District Police Office, Lumbini informed INSEC that the accused was arrested on the same day and further investigation is going on.
The health examination of the victim was done on 27 May at Bhim Hospital, Bhairahawa.
