Accused Arrested in Rape Case

The victim’s side filed a complaint at the District Police Office on the same day, alleging that Khatri, who is employed at Diktel Boarding School in Khotang, raped the girl on February 21. The accused was arrested immediately after the complaint was lodged.

The victim underwent a medical examination on February 21 at the district hospital.
