Police have arrested Khagendra BK, 26 from Dullu Municipality-6 on November 16, 2025, for allegedly raping a 16-year-old girl.
Police Inspector Laxman Pachbhaiya, Information Officer at the District Police Office, Dailekh, stated that the accused was arrested based on a complaint filed by the victim’s family on November 8, 2025, alleging that the rape occurred on November 7, 2025.
The victim’s medical examination was conducted at Dailekh Hospital on November 8, 2025.
