A complaint has been filed against Sandip Kurmi,22, of Sohat, Suddhodhan Rural Municipality-1, for allegedly attempting to rape a 20-year-old woman on October 5. The aggrieved party filed the complaint at the District Police Office on October 23.
According to DSP Ritendra Kumar Singh of the District Police Office, Kapilvastu legal action has been initiated, and Search for the absconding accused is ongoing. The victim underwent a medical examination on October 24 at Kapilvastu Hospital, Taulihawa.
