Police arrested Shyam Prasad Prasain , 63, of Aatharai Rural Municipality-4 on September 21 for raping a 26-year-old woman on September 20.
According to Inspector Roshan Kamati, the accused was arrested for investigation after the victim filed a complaint at the District Police Office on September 21. The victim underwent a medical examination the same day at the District Hospital.
