A complaint has been filed against Jagat Tharu, 32, of Sainamina Municipality-11 Bankatti on November 13, 2021, at the Area Police Office, Saljandi for raping a 13-year-old girl.
Inspector Diwakar Rijal of the Area Police Office told INSEC that the victim was raped on November 9 and the complaint was lodged against the accused of raping the victim.
According to Inspector Rijal, the accused is absconding.
The victim was examined at Lumbini Provincial Hospital, Butwal on November 11.
