Police arrested Rajkumar Chaudhary,42, from Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City–3, Kailali, and currently residing in Birendranagar Municipality–8, on 15 August for allegedly raping a 16-year-old girl. The victim filed a complaint at the District Police Office, Surkhet, on 13 August, reporting that the accused raped her on 11 August. The health examination of the girl was done on 13 August at the Provincial Hospital.
