Police arrested Shiva Sankhar Pandit, 24, originally from Godaita Municipality-9, Bakaniya, Sarlahi currently living in Pulchowk, Lalitpur Sub-metropolitan City-3 on 10 March for raping a 15-year-old girl. The aggrieved party filed a against the accused on 12 February 2025 alleging that he had raped the victim on 10 February at the place he lives. SP Narhari Regmi of the District Police Range, Lalitpur, informed that the accused was arrested from Jawalakhel Chowk on March 10.
The health examination of the victim was done at the Patan Hospital on March 10.
