Police arrested Govinda Prasad Basyal,63 of Sandhikharka Municipality-12, Kallabot on March 2 for raping a 26-year-old woman with disability. The aggrieved party had filed a complaint at the District Police Office on 14 June, 2024 alleging that the accused had raped the woman on December , 2023. The accused was absconding after the incident.
The health examination of the victim was done at Arghakhanchi Hospital, Sandhikharka on 14 June , 2024 .
